Terms & Conditions

Payment:
The total balance of labour must be paid on completion of works by either cash, cheque or bank transfer.

Materials maybe invoiced prior to start for purchasing

Customer Responsibilities:
It is the customers responsibility to remove all furniture and clear the work area unless customer agrees for additional payment.

Additional Works:
Must be agreed in writing and estimate agreed

Promotion/Advertising:
Customer authorises Pete Gruitt & Son to use any photos of the job to be used on the website and social media with their permission.

Cancellations:
All Cancellations must be notified 4 weeks prior to the start date.

If if is cancelled after this period then 10% of the Labour and the full materials must be paid for.
